Experience Classical Yoga in it’s Purest form

Now in Sydney

Taught with the same ethos as centuries ago

My Story

My journey into yoga began long before I ever stepped onto a mat.

My first memory of yoga is of my grandfather (my Nana ji) practicing every morning, quietly and consistently, often in the soft mist of early dawn. At the time, I didn’t understand what drew him to it so deeply, but that image stayed with me.

Years later, I began exploring yoga myself. I attended classes at studios, tried yoga at the gym, and even learned poses from YouTube. While the stretching felt good, I couldn’t relate when people spoke about the deep sense of bliss yoga had brought into their lives.

Then I discovered a school that taught yoga in its traditional form. Curious, I enrolled in a short program called Upa Yoga. It was only a 15-minute practice, but it introduced me to something new — a sense of lightness and ease in the body that I had never experienced before.

That experience led me deeper. I went on to learn Surya Kriya and Yogasanas. These simple practices transformed my experience of life. I discovered what it truly meant to feel balanced and joyful from within, regardless of external circumstances.

I knew then … these practices worked !

I felt this is what the world needs. People who help each other live better lives.

With this thought, I left my corporate job and spent six months at Sadhguru’s Ashram in India, completing 1,750 hours of intensive teacher training.

Today, I offer classical yoga practices designed to empower people to take their wellbeing into their own hands — without needing to depend on a studio.

Have a look at the courses offered, and contact me if there isn’t a public class scheduled for the one you are keen to learn.

I close with Patanjali’s (father of yoga) words. ”And now… Yoga...”
