Upa Yoga - Bring Yourself to Ease
Upa-Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of ten practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. It is a good starting point for those who are new to yoga, and can be used as a preparation for other yoga practices. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics.
You can learn this practice in 1 session in a private setting or join one of our open group classes (please check the schedule)
In a private class you will receive 1-on-1 guidance, catered to your pace with personalised support and focused attention.
In an open group class we will follow a set pace for everyone. You will practice together and will also have the opportunity to motivate each other.
