Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Anyone above 8 years of age can attend. No previous experience of yoga required. Some benefits of Angmardana are:

You can learn this fitness system in a series of 4 sessions in a private setting or join one of our open group classes (please check the schedule)

In a private class you will receive 1-on-1 guidance, catered to your pace with personalised support and focused attention.

In an open group class we will follow a set pace for everyone. You will practice together and will also have the opportunity to motivate each other.
